Oscar R. Jara Duran, detenido el 12 mayo 1986 desde su domicilio, luego fue llevado a un sector de Playa Ancha, posteriormente detuvieron a dos personas más, Alex y Patricio Sartori, siendo trasladados a Investigaciones, donde también estaban Iván Arratia y Gino Sartori. Finalmente son declarados reos y llevados a la cárcel pública de Valparaíso. Comisión Chilena de Derechos Humanos Consejo V región.
