Artista visual, instaladora y videísta chilena. En 1967 ingresó a la Escuela de Artes Aplicadas de la Universidad de Chile, formando parte de la Generación del ´70, y ligándose a la Escena de Avanzada.
Fundó junto a Raúl Zurita, Diamela Eltit, Juan Castillo y Fernando Balcells el Colectivo de Acciones de Arte (CADA), que buscaba reformular los circuitos artísticos bajo la dictadura de Augusto Pinochet
